Doing the Parkrun regularly has got me into the habit of running every Saturday morning, even when there’s not a park nearby. Really glad I found out about them. Running regularly is good for my mental health.

Ran about 5k along a bit of the Leeds Liverpool canal this morning, all blue skies and sunshine. Couple of dog walkers, cyclists and a fisherman out and about. Nice start to the day!
Do you have the time
I went in the garden and looked at the stars. Often would as a kid, but not done so for far too long. Cassiopeia, Big Dipper, Little Bear. Celestial bodies. Fucking hell – what a shot of the sublime. I need more of that in my head. Helps keep the ridiculous at bay.
